はい!Batchです。

And once again, it has arrived!

Yup! LOUD PARK!
It's been an entire year since I first saw the banners around town.

So much has gone on since then, that it feels like it happened ages ago (ー.ー;)

This is a picture I took of the stands from the stage during last year's Loud Park rehearsals.

Even though it was still during the day, a lot of people came and filled up that huge space...it made me really happy!

The moment we went out on stage the audience started cheering really loudly, and it felt really good, and even now I still clearly remember getting goosebumps from it all.

This year Judas Priest is coming!

Lately during band rehearsals, we've been playing with Hiro of GT and Painkiller, who all warm up at the same time we do, and this year, we're going to rock up Loud Park '09!

But!! This year we, Headphones President, will put a lot of fighting spirit into our one-man performance! We're gonna really rile things up and we won't lose at Loud Park!!!

Music is explosive!!!

今日もリハ〜★ - Rehearsals again today

★ A〜LA〜Z

Yeah, today we had rehearsals again! 〜(* ̄∀ ̄)b
Lately there haven't been any pictures posted, so today I'm putting up some!
While we were playing A〜LA〜Z, during the part when I wasn't playing I quickly took shots of these three!
Aaaah, I don't know if we're gonna play A〜LA〜Z during the live (laugh)
We're steadily moving towards the one-man!?
We're working hard, so everyone cancel all of your plans on October 23rd and come see the HPP one-man, okay?★

* In case you didn't know, A〜LA〜Z is a song off of their single, "De ja dub".

始まるよ!

さてさて、どうも始めまして!
Welcome to the English translation of the blogs for Headphones Presidents, one of the best relatively-unknown bands in Japan! Before I start things off, let me say that I am in no way affiliated with HPP, or with anybody affiliated with them, I am just an overseas fan wanting to translate their blog posts. I'll try to update frequently, but I can't make any promises, so it might be a couple months till this blog has any significant amount of translations available.
I discovered Headphones President while I was on a high school trip to Japan, where I saw their music video "Chain" playing on a giant television screen in Shibuya. They looked interesting enough, so when I got back home I...eh..."acquired" their music and after listening, realized that I had stumbled upon a really great band with a unique sound. I've been keeping up with their activities by mostly just reading the Anza blog English Translation at http://anzaoyama.blogspot.com/,but they have since gone on hiatus, leaving me to try and translate everything for myself. If anything, I'd like to try and translate every blog post from the very beginning, and hopefully my experience with Japanese should be sufficient.

Well then, at this point in time there are zero blog posts, and I still have to work this into my schedule, so maybe come check back in a couple of weeks and there will be things posted!
well, until next time!

Oh, and if you're interested in helping translate, feel free to ring me up!
